ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR LOOKING FOR A NEW CHALLENGE?

ARE YOU LOOKING TO WORK FOR A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND HAVE AN INTEREST IN ESTATE AGENCY?

SALARY £24,000 - MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS

My client, a well established multi-branched indepdendent estate agency in Tunbridge Wells are looking to recruit an experienced OFFICEADMINISTRATOR with ideally 1-2 years admin experience ideally in Property or Estate Agency (although not essential) for a well-known Estate Agents.

This reputable brand is looking for someone that can work well under pressure and is able to communicate well on the phone and front of house. This position is very varied and can be demanding so excellent organisational skills are a MUST.

You will need:

Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
Previous office or property admin experience essential
To work well under pressure
Good communication and organisation skills
Good, friendly telephone manner
Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
Be able to prioritise
Positive, friendly attitude
Full driving licence and own car essential
Responsibilities:

Deal with telephone and email enquiries
Organising access for property management, photos etc
Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Create and maintain stationery and equipment
Putting together property details and descriptions / window cards
Petty cash reconciliation
Holiday / sickness records
Process incoming and outgoing invoices
Extensive diary management
Preparartion of sales reports and weekly figures
Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing
Design and copy for sales brochures
H&S risk assessments
Website management
Processing expenses and time sheets
All other ad-hoc admin required
