If the answer is yes, then this may be your perfect job. Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) are looking to recruit on behalf of our client who are one of the largest luxury villa rental agencies in the UK and USA.
They pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service and the ability to offer over 5,000+ homes in over 50 of the most desirable destinations in the world.
So, who is this job for?
You will need to be a friendly, outgoing person who puts customer experience at the forefront of everything you do. They have a professional ‘Google-inspired’ office and need someone who will thrive in this type of environment. You will need to have;
1 year dealing with Villa Rentals
Great communication and customer service skills
A high level of organisation
Strong mathematical ability
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients so they come back year after year
The flexibility to commit to shift work
Sales motivated
What is so exciting about this role?
If you have a passion for the travel industry and being able to offer that ‘something special’, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to offer just that. On a daily basis you will be talking incoming calls from customers, and booking them the perfect holiday based on their wants and needs.
Being fluent in English and having a good telephone manner is key, and in an Ideal world, you will be partially fluent in one other language, ideally Spanish, Portuguese, French or German, although this is not essential in being a successful candidate.
