This position is for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) Internet, Database & CRM Packages and also franking machines.
Must be able to work under pressure and specific instruction when required, also be able to multi task if needed and able to work comfortably within a team or alone. Must be a team player
Would be required to deal with current customers and potential new customers, taking enquiries on the telephone and entering details on our CRM System. Duties will also include making up sets of literature for mailshots and New product releases, letters etc, using franking machine and printers, sending e mails.
Help to provide holiday and sickness cover for other departments when needed (Sales Ledger (invoicing/credit card processing and Reception) which are all included within their duties.
Experience and attributes required for this role are:-
Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, Outlook etc)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to multi task.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
08.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION- CT15 7JG (Barfrestone, Dover, Kent)
