We are recruiting for exceptional Nursing Assistants who are caring and compassionate with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude, to work in our Hospice in the Home team.

You will support the whole clinical team to deliver a high standard of care to our terminally ill patients. You will be committed to providing individualised, compassionate, holistic and supportive care; maintaining patient’s dignity and offering support and care to their families and carers.

You will have an NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject along with, experience of working in a health care setting with excellent communication skills.

Hospice in the Weald is based in Pembury, near Tunbridge Wells, Kent and covers 400 square miles of West Kent and East Sussex. The Hospice has an In-Patient Ward, Hospice Day Service and Hospice in the Home Service, and cares for patients with life limiting conditions such as Cancer, Heart/Kidney Failure (end stages) and Neurological conditions.
