A Kent based Event Production Company, specialising in the Production of Conferences, product launches and award shows to the corporate event market are looking to recruit a Production co-ordinator.
Responsibilities
The Production Co-ordinator will support Project Managers and Producers on all projects and all aspects of each project. This will include:
1. Scheduling
2. Co-ordinating travel and accommodation,
3. Ordering and collection of equipment,
4. Booking freelance personnel and suppliers,
5. Making sure paperwork is completed and filed,
6. Generally managing the Project manager’s and Producer’s expectations
7. Daily administrative office duties.
8. Finance Data input
Skills
It is most important that that the Production Co-ordinators has the following skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Hardworking and efficient
- Work calmly under pressure
- Work without constant supervision
- Good time manager
- A good team player
The Production Co-ordinators must be computer literate, as there are management software programmes to learn and manage.
Experience is preferred, however, the right approach to the role is more important. A desire to work in the technical aspect of the events industry is a must.
A full clean driving license is required.
