PureCare is opening a brand new residential service in Maidstone this Autumn! This is an exciting step forward in our history and we can’t wait to serve Kent with this extremely valuable service.

PureCare currently offers high quality residential and community support services in Medway for people with mental health issues and aims to offer the best standard of support for its clients. Do you feel you have the skills to offer high quality support to others? We want people who really do care about making a difference to the lives of others and who are committed to the cause.

As a Support Worker you will be required to support clients with their cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, medication, appointments and wellbeing.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be required to organise and manage your Support Workers to ensure clients receive the support they are both entitled to and deserve.

Night roles involve a large element of cleaning as well.

You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! No previous experience for day or night Support Worker roles is required as full training will be provided.

We currently have full-time positions available for the right people. You will need to be flexible and must be prepared to work on a 24 hour 7 day rota.
