Our new Head of Fundraising and Marketing role will attract someone who wants to lead a fundraising function but also enjoys the hands-on production of applications and bids.

An integral part of the senior management team the role will sit at the heart of driving our fundraising and marketing development to deliver a range of services for Carers of all ages.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have a solid track record of fundraising development experience in a similar level role and will have implemented and led on the strategic direction of a fundraising or marketing plan.

Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships are key.

As a senior staff member in a stand-alone position, with practical support from the senior management team, staff and Trustees, the candidate should be able to work on own initiative and have excellent organisational skills.

A full driving licence with the use of own car, and a good level of computer literacy are also required.
