Full Time Customer Services Co-Ordinator Vacancy
Responsible to: Purchasing Manager
We are a bathroom distribution centre based in Marden just 5-10 minutes walk from MLS. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer fantastic facilities including a staff canteen with free Wi-Fi, staff gymnasium, games room and a beautiful lakeside picnic area.
Description of the position:
Main Objective:
To be first point of call for after sales issues, and to ensure the correct procedure is taken.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaise with customers on all calls regarding:
• collections
• faulty items
• fitting/general advice of products and to ensure that these calls are followed through to a satisfactory conclusion
