Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Global Workload Coordinator for our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Sandwich Kent.

This role will support the Global coordination of workload across the Centralized Data Management Regions. The focus of this team is to interpret the regulatory data received across different geographies, functions, divisions and ensuring key activities and regulatory systems updates are completed whilst adhering to all policies, practices, procedures and Timelines.

The purpose of this role is to ensure data is clearly and accurately captured in our systems within the timelines specified in the Standard Operating Procedures or business process documentation to ensure regulatory compliance with quality metrics.

Major Duties:
• Review and interpret the data to establish the system / tools required to be populated in line with current standard operating procedure timelines and assign to Data Associates
• Monitor assigned regional workload / due dates through to completion
• Perform monthly & adhoc compliance report reviews and coordinate any remediation activities
• Monitor all quality control procedures and standards related to the systems and tools are adhered to
• Produce country/regional reports as required to support the RCLs
• Adhere to Pfizer compliance standards.

Training and Education Preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/SpotFire
• Highly Advanced skills in MS Excel & Reporting
• Ability to quickly learn regulations and quality standards
• Functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with autonomy and/or part of a team in a busy environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment

Qualifications
• Pharmaceutical Knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment
• Project Management Experience
• Data analysis/root cause analysis experience
• Data reporting and advance skills with data tools, e.g. ,SPOTFIRE
• Bachelor degree - in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or Information Technology

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday. This is paying a salary of £31,000 per annum.
