Legal Secretary – Private Clients
A top tier law firm based in West Kent are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to sit within the Private Client department responsible for working closely with a number of fee earners.
As a Legal Secretary you will be responsible for audio and copy typing, preparing legal documentation and correspondence, assisting with marketing activities, checking, registering and scheduling title deeds, diary management, billing and handling comprehensive travel arrangements. You will also actively deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information.
Applications are encouraged from skilled Legal Secretaries and PA’s with property experience of working within a law firm. In order to be considered for this post you will need fast and accurate typing skills of 60 WPM minimum and good IT knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a excellent legal background, be able to converse at all levels and be well presented.
