Building Surveyor
Your new company
Work for an established and well-respected firm of Chartered surveyors based in the scenic Sussex region. With work coming from London, Surrey, Kent and both East and West Sussex this thriving firm is looking to take on a motivated building surveyor to join their firm established for over 35 years!
Your new role
Covering multiple sectors, from Commercial, Educational, Historical and Residential. You will be working in the block of flats consultancy service my client provides to trusted, well-established managing agents in the south of England. Providing an extensive professional service whilst representing your new firm you will be expected to understand all third-party interests from the Leaseholders, Landlords and managing agents for the blocks of flats.
Duties of the role will include:
* Dilapidation's
* Party walls
* Defect inspections
* Contract administration
* Expert report writing
* Strong communication skills
With the option to break into other sectors, you will be expected to act as contract administrator where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should meet most of the points below:
* Degree Qualified
* CAD proficient
* Strong communication skills
* 5 year's relevant surveying experience
