Our client, an emerging Green Energy supplier, is seeking a Billing Assistant to join their growing team.

You'll be responsible for ensuring customers are fit to bill and resolving any billing enquiries that arise within the given timescales.

Billing Assistant Responsibilities:

* Ensure customers are set up currently in the billing system and fit to bill.
* Ensure billing requirements are met, which include meter reading, billing and payments
* Respond to customers' billing enquiries
* Deliver excellent customer service

Billing Assistant Expectations

* 1-2 years' experience in billing (invoicing, data entry) - preferably in the utilities sector
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry using software systems
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
