We are recruiting for an emerging Green Energy supplier, who are on the hunt for a Customer Services Assistant to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints via phone, email and live chat - going the extra mile for customers to really understand their needs.

Customer Services Assistant Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you'll ensure that all queries and complaints are logged and dealt with in line with procedures and SLA's.

This role will require excellent investigation skills, along with good administration and a strong customer focus.

Customer Services Assistant Expectations:

* GCSE / A level qualifications preferred
* 1-2 years' experience in a complaints role, preferably within the utility sector
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel along with some familiarity with billing systems
