Property Sales Adviser

Based in Dover

£22,000 to £25,000 Per Annum Basic Salary (£35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum OTE - Uncapped)

We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join an expanding team of sales staff based in Dover, selling new homes.

Joining a highly reputable firm with offices across the South East, applicants will ideally be naturally confident, keen to learn and have a passion for helping others.

Working 5 days per week on a rota basis (inclusive of weekend), this role will be paying a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers, building great relationships and helping customers make their move.
Recognise an opportunity to provide customers with information on relevant products and services.
Pass potential leads onto relevant colleagues.
Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers.
Person Specification:

Previous experience of working on New Homes sales sites.
Be first point of call for both clients and developers.
Be confident and thrive on helping others.
Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Have a professional approach, be organised and a strong work ethic.
Have the ability to meet and exceed targets.
