Due to the continued growth and success of the sales department, Finn’s has a fantastic opportunity for a secretarial/administration assistant to primarily provide support to the residential sales department.
The role will provide the right candidate with a varied and interesting workload:
• Supporting the sales team
• Answering the telephone
• Preparing sales particulars & marketing properties
• Arranging viewing appointments & sales valuations
• Liaising with vendors and purchasers
• Preparing and arranging marketing drops
• Ensuring that all administration is up-to-date
• Sales progression
Essential skills
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have excellent listening, grammar, numeracy, comprehension, presentation and communication skills. You will demonstrate good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure as part of a team or unaccompanied. Impeccable personal presentation.
Ideally you will have a clean driving licence and have previous experience in property. This is a part-time working Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings. We offer a competitive salary.
