Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) are looking to recruit on behalf of our client who are looking for an experienced Product administrator to join their leading luxury villa rental specialists team.
This is an exciting role where you will be building and maintaining our global property portfolio, creating content and liaising with our international suppliers and team.
You will need to have experience within the travel industry, ideally villa rentals and be able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
Role duties:
Building and maintaining our portfolio of villas on our platform and partner websites
Content creation, ensuring our homes are described well highlighting the best assets
Communicating with the wider team about new products, special offers and promotions
Supporting the sales team with product queries
Liaising with our suppliers around the world
Helping with any supplier issues or queries
Providing feedback and positively contributing to the overall team performance
What we are looking for:
Descriptive writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Great communication and teamwork
A high level of organisation and professionalism
An interest in property and travel
Creative flair
Friendly and confident
Previous experience in an administration role preferred
Previous experience in the travel industry preferred
