We are looking for an Office Coordinator and Receptionist to join the busy team at Childrensalon. This candidate will be able to work happily in a fast-paced environment with a can-do approach to a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact at Childrensalon and maintain the door in a prompt and friendly manner. Welcome all visitors, ensure they sign in the visitor book and given a visitor badge, offer them tea/ coffee and then inform who is expecting them. Be proactive each day checking to see appointments and when to expect them.
• Check and manage bookings for the all meeting rooms and ensure each morning they are clean, the water is refilled, pens, tissues and notebooks are always available. Liaise with anyone booking a meeting room to check for catering needs and set up food in the room when it arrives as well as check and ensure any IT needs are met.
• Check the appointment calendar and print out meeting notices to reserve the meeting rooms for team members. Ensure the meeting notices are on the doors of the meeting room booked each day.
• Coordinate visits to Childrensalon from external caterers for the Childrensalon team, communicating out to the company visits and menus.
• Work with the Office Manager and Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the Childrensalon Shuttle Bus
• Ensure the smooth running of weekly in-house yoga sessions
• Check the company post each day, liaising with the Office Manager initially as to what gets kept and 
distributed to each team and person.
• Ensure the company stationary cupboard is always stocked with essentials, kept organised and take orders from anyone needing anything.
• Take on administrative projects and ad hoc work as needed.

Skills required:
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional, friendly approach to work & very high level of discretion.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel and highly competent with IT systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritise work.
• Highly organised with good common sense.
• A strong understanding of other cultures and/ or have worked in an international business with a good understanding of our brand. 

• At least 3+ years experience in a similar administrative role.
