Clarendon Homes are looking for a full time Purchaser/ Estimator to join their team at their busy Harrietsham office. This individual should have at least 3 years’ experience in this role and be capable of calculating material quantities from drawings.
The correct candidate will be motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team. They will need to work under pressure in a busy office environment and be efficient in managing numerous projects at one time, as well as maintaining good communication with all sites and suppliers.
The individual will have strong computer skills and excellent knowledge in all Microsoft products in order to work on and maintain our software package which runs the purchasing, scheduling and project management within the company.
