Yard Assistant (Trainee Role)
RSFL are currently working on behalf of a client in rural Ashford who are seeking a motivate, career driven individual to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a trainee you will be given the skills and licences to load all the required lorries each day.
ensuring zero product damage on lorries and in finished product areas. This is an extremely busy manufacturing site so the ability to work in a team is essential.
The opportunity to work towards and gain an NVQ Qualification is also on offer.
You will gain valuable experience in FLT Operations, ISO9001 procedures, the ability to deliver 100% quality and accuracy, an understanding of H&S, COSHH and Environmental Standards
The successful candidate will be physically fit with their own transport.
You must be over the age of 18 for the FLT work.
This role is working on a 4 weekly shift pattern to include some weekend work.
Week 1, 3x12 hour shifts
Week 2, 4x12 hour shifts plus Sunday 6.5 hours
Week 3, 3x12 hours shifts plus Sunday 6.5 hours
Week 4, 2x12 hours shifts
The role will commence on Minimum wage however WILL increase with services and training.
