Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist for our client based in Dover.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls and transferring them to the relevant department
• Acknowledging all emails
• Dealing with couriers to handle post coming in and out of the building
• Issuing visitor passes
• Other general admin as assigned by the line manager
Experience Required:
• 2+ years in a receptionist role is essential
• Intermediate IT knowledge, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
• Be a team player
• Able to use your own initiative when required
This is a temporary role, from Tuesday 28th May – Friday 31st May 9am – 5pm paying £9 per hour.
Due to the remote location of our client, you will need your own transport to get there.
