KSL OFFICE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Kent Services Ltd is a leading company in the supply of specialist packaging services to Museums and Galleries. This is an interesting role working with a close knit team.
We are now seeking an Office Administrator to support the commercial and technical functions. The role will involve the organisation of deliveries, collections, site visits, ordering of materials and accurately recording of activities, plus any other duties or responsibilities not covered in this list as may be required by the Commercial and Technical Managers.
Candidates should possess-:

excellent organisation and communication skills,
the ability to liaise effectively with customers at the highest-level the ability to multi- task and work to deadlines
qualities of a team player
accurate attention to detail
an inquiring mind and enthusiastic attitude
competency in using Microsoft Office.

Previous employment history will be required, as will the signing of a confidentially agreement.

The position is based at Queenborough, Isle of Sheppey.

Hours of work: 30- 35 per week, Monday – Friday, within 9.00am- 5.pm

Salary c. £19k per annum, according to experience.
