Care Workers required to join our friendly and supportive team of carers, working across the Medway area. We offer excellent pay and allowances, free training, up to 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme and uniform.
You will need to be a car driver and have a smartphone + email address to complete care notes.
Applicants are subject to a DBS Check (formerly CRB) and will need to provide references.
Ideally, you will have relevant experience, but if you’re new to care we offer in-house training, mentoring and support as you learn. We also offer the opportunity in achieving a diploma qualification in Health & Social care (Level 1,2 & 3).
If you are the kind of carer who puts others’ needs at the heart of everything you do, are friendly and committed to improving the lives of our clients, we would love to hear from you.
We offer hours of work according to the needs of our clients, but you can set your own availability. We are particularly keen to hear from carers who can work evenings, and we ask everyone to work some hours on alternate weekends so that we all get time with our families. This can be discussed further if you are successful for an interview.
Starting rate from £8.50 salary will rise depending on experience and NVQ qualifications. Unsociable rates paid for evenings and weekends.
