Robinson Allfree, a leading law firm with offices in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, is looking to recruit an experienced full-time Conveyancing Legal Executive/Fee Earner or Solicitor to join their highly successful conveyancing team in the Ramsgate office.
Main Responsibilities:
• Running own caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial client contact through to completion
• Working closely with the Partners to promote the department and firm as a whole
• To proactively identify and initiate additional complementary services to add value to the client’s transaction whether in conveyancing work or for other legal departments within the firm
• Day to day duties will include contract issues, general enquiries, checking Land Registry documentation/deeds and dealing with all financial aspects of the case matter.
We would like to hear from experienced applicants who have a passion for property law and who would be willing and capable of playing a significant role within the firm.
Good interpersonal skills are crucial, together with the confidence to maintain the excellent reputation this firm has developed.
