WP Commercials Ltd is a family run business with modern, purpose built workshops and offices. We are a commercial vehicle hire company looking to recruit a driven, hardworking Purchasing Assistant.
Duties for the Purchasing Assistant will include but will not be limited to:
• Purchasing parts for the workshop
• Raising Purchase orders and booking items into stock
• Regular stock takes
• Assisting with Jobcard processing
• Assisting with processing penalty charge notices and Road fund licence renewals
• Filing
• Other Ad hoc duties
Key skills required for this Administrator role:
• Min 2 years Admin experience, ideally purchasing experience
• Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn.
• Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, Excel and our in-house system (full training will be provided)
• Numerate
• Ability to build rapport - both with colleagues and clients
• Excellent time management
Salary
£9.50 - £10.50 per hour
21 days holiday per year (pro rata)
9am – 3pm Mon-Fri
