Amphenol Corporation – a market leading, global, interconnect specialist.  Our site at Whitstable specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality precision components for harsh and demanding environments such as Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Marine, Nuclear and Defence. 



Poised for further growth and investment, we are now seeking to recruit four part time Assembly Operators who will help deliver unrivalled levels of excellence.   The successful applicants will be responsible for assembling a range of company products to the required quality standards and within a pre-determined time frame.  



Key Responsibilities include:

Consistent assembly of products to a high quality standard within agreed timescales using SOPs
In process and final Quality inspection
Packing/bagging products as per documentation
Reading and understanding all documentation, including drawings, process and manufacturing instructions (job sheets), and specifications


Essential Qualities Include:

A high level of English, verbal and written, and Maths
Assembly experience
Experience and ability to read and understand Martec drawings, Process Instructions, Manufacturing Instructions and Generics
PC literacy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time whilst maintaining high standards
Hand dexterity, good eye to hand coordination, and accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and targets whilst maintaining quality
Ability to stay focused


Working hours: Monday to Thursday 4.30pm-8.30pm
