Part Time Travel Co-Ordinator - 16 Hours - Work From Home
We are looking for a bright and trustworthy individual to join our small team, working from the comfort of your own home.
The Mighty Roar provide volunteering opportunities around the world for individuals and groups to help on wildlife and community projects. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and your main focus will be dealing with our customers via email and other platforms. Some duties will include answering questions about our volunteer’s upcoming trip, processing new applications, invoicing and some basic reporting.
The right candidate will need to have previous experience working on computers and if you have any travelling experience or desire then this is a plus! You will need to be a fast learner, as we offer many volunteering programmes around the world – all with different aspects and details. You must be able quickly adapt to a new online environment and must have attention to detail when organising people’s trips.
We are offering a part time permanent position, working 16 hours per week spread over 4 or 5 days (3-4 hours per day). There will be occasions when more hours will need to be worked, during our busier times. With everything going to plan, the role will become a full time position with extensive travelling offered.
