An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time self employed carpenter / multi-trade to join our Family run business in the Medway Towns.
We are seeking a positive, organised team player to join our expanding company to help with void and joinery works on various projects. we also cover building works, general maintenance and repairs. Previous experience of working in voids and on small sites is necessary. You will also need to have an excellent attention to detail and work well under pressure. Work will include, but not limited to, hanging doors, kitchen repairs & replacement, skirtings & joinery, painting, tiling and general repairs.
Day to day will involve;
• Void refurbishments and responsive maintenance
• Update our office with progress
• Pre order materials via our office
• Dealing with queries either over the phone or via email
• Be able to work to deadlines
Requirments
cscs
DBS (can be obtained through our company)
Asbestos awareness (can be obtained through our company)
The hours will be 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
weekend and Out of hours call outs optional
