Work Pattern: Monday 8.45 to 19.00 Tuesday 8.45 to 17.30 Wednesday 8.45 to 19.00 Thursday 8.45 to 17.00 Friday 8.45 to 16.00

We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our busy Mortgage Matters Direct Team working within the re-mortgage sector to ensure our customers are on the very best mortgage deal.

Duties will include:

•Contacting our clients before their Mortgage lapse date
•Building relationships with clients
•Meeting and exceeding targets
•Liaising with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for Mortgage reviews
•Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and our obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act
•Updating records contained on our computer software
•Accurate filing of our paper based files, both while in progress and maintaining an accountable/traceable dead filing system
