Supply Desk is a highly successful Education Recruitment & Support Services specialist and part of the Education Placement Group. A leader in managed recruitment services, we support some of the largest state and independent school chains in the world. We have a nationwide network of offices in the UK and along with our overseas department based in Australia we are one of the largest education recruitment companies in the UK.

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant for our Kent branch. This is an ideal position for someone looking to come into the industry at entry level or for someone who has already had experience in the sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress through a career pathway with an innovative company.

You will work alongside our Senior Branch Manager in a role that will involve a large amount of business and client development, customer service, candidate attraction and retention. Our outstanding Kent team has many years of education recruitment experience and can offer a nurturing and caring workplace for you to learn and work in. We promote a vibrant and fun working environment where success is encouraged and celebrated.

Operational hours are between 7am to 5.30pm (however, these are significantly reduced in school holidays). Due to the needs of the business, holidays would need to be taken during school holidays.
