Our Client, a successful service provider based in London requires a HR Manager with a hands-on approach. You will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and be part of the varying strategic objectives. You will be working with Senior stakeholders on complex employee relation cases up to tribunal level, casework including dispute resolutions of disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE and redundancy amongst other issues. Advice to Managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge and sharing best practice, manage talent and succession planning, driving allignment betwen HR strategy and goals. Applicants shouls have at least 3 years plus HR experience, firm understanding of TUPE regs, exceptional organisation and communication skills, working knowledge of ACAS, COT3, ET1 and ET3 response and knowledge of industrial relations.
