Mobile role covering Sittingbourne and Sheppey


Our specialist maintenance team are currently seeking a handyperson/multi skilled trades person for a project around the Kent.
We work closely with clients who operate across the construction industry with contracts varying from large scale new build developments through to smaller refurbishments and maintaining buildings.
Handyperson and multi traders are a major requirement for many contractors and subcontractors to complete a variety of different works within a project that a fully qualified tradesperson may not undertake. The main disciplines required would be a cross of plastering, tiling, basic carpentry, minor electrical & plumbing and can be used for installation or maintenance works.

All candidates must:

* Hold a CSCS Card
* Have a minimum of 2 years working in the UK construction industry or in a maintenance role and be able to provide references to support this
* Have all own tools for applicable disciplines

All applicants will be subject to a Standard DBS/ CRB Check. You must hold a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address. All applicants must be able to provide details of 2 satisfactory references, at least one from an ex-employer
