We have fantastic opportunities for talented Chefs of all levels to work in fast paced Kitchens in many fabulous venues in Kent.

Our clients offer competitive salaries that range depending on your experience.
You will be required to work various shifts from Monday - Sunday.
The successful Chef / Cook will be required toâ¦
* Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
* Cook food in a timely manner
* Ensure appealing plate presentation
* Some roles will require you to supervise chefs/cooks and assist as needed
* Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
* Monitor food stock and place orders
* Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
* Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
About youâ¦
* Previous experience being a Chef at any level
* Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
* Excellent time management abilities
* Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
