Breakfast Chef (Temporary)

Are you looking to work within a beautiful setting that inspires creativity? If so, our client is looking for a breakfast chef to join their arts hotel based in North London.

You will be working Saturdays & Sundays, 7.30am - 12.30pm. This role will be paying an hourly rate of £10.00 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Preparing and cooking breakfast.
* Take control of the breakfast service.
* Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast.
* Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
* Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
* Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
* Ensure all staff under your control are treated fairly and with courtesy.
* Monitor and Ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
* Assist with producing menus and new dishes.
* Ensure costings and budgets are achieved.
