IT Manager
Salary £45,000-£55,000 + excellent benefits

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time, IT Manager to join our IIT team at Dartford, with occasional visits to Wigan. The standard working hours will be 37.5 per week, working Monday- Friday.
We are a leading banana ripening and service provision supplier in the UK market with two ripening facilities strategically placed in the north and south of the country. The Group are committed to a strong and consistent CSR policy with over 18,000 employees, producing over 460,000 tonnes of fruit and vegetables, distributing over 673,000 tonnes of bananas and selling to over 45 countries globally.
The IT Manager will take responsibility of managing the Company’s UK IT systems within both technical and operational aspects, delivering an excellent level of support to IT users.
The role will report directly to the MD and work in collaboration with Group IT.
This role could be a great opportunity for a 3rd line/ team leader looking for their next step up.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Organise and handle the setting/installation of IT hardware and software
• IT security
• Maintenance i.e. patches and system updates
• Diagnose and correct issues
• Incident and fault management
• User training
• Manage projects in conjunction with Group
Skills/Knowledge Required:
• Windows server and workstation administration level 2
• MS Exchange
• SQL Language level 2
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven experience working in a similar field
• Knowledge of working with ERP systems advantageous
