Do you have experience as a Property Manager in London?
Do you have a strong understanding of lettings and property management legislation?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to work for an established, high end and award-winning property firm with branches throughout London, predominantly North, North West and West.
You will be earning a competitive salary of 26-29K DOE. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
As the successful Property Manager, you will be responsible forâ¦
* Managing a portfolio of 100 residential properties in North West and West London
* Organising contractors for repairs and maintenance and overseeing all aspects of this
* Liaising with tenants and landlords about any maintenance issues
* Overseeing all aspects of H&S
* Liaising with other departments
* To check and approve all invoices
* Carry out inspections, overseeing pre tenancy work and managing end of tenancy process
* Service Section 21 notices
* And More.
To be the successful Property Manager, you will haveâ¦
* Previous experience as a Property Manager
* A strong understanding of the London market
* Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
* Excellent communication skills
* Collaboration and team player skills
* The ability to manage a demanding portfolio
