A leading regional Legal 500 law firm with offices in Kent are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their busy and highly successful Clinical Negligence department, based in Maidstone.

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for manage a case load with a bias towards defendant clinical negligence work (working on behalf of a large and prestigious medical defence organisation client). Work will also include some clinical negligence claimant matters.

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will offer the following skillset/background:

* Be admitted to the roll as an English/Welsh qualified Solicitor
* Ideally 1-3 PQE - gained with a respected law firm/legal services
* Previous experience of managing your own case load of claimant and/or defendant clinical negligence claims
* Demostrate a strong technical knowledge in line with your PQE
* Willingness to learn
* Be a keen team player
* Client focussed
* High attention to detail
* Professional communication skills
* Commercial awareness
