Netbox Recruitment are currently representing an award-winning company in Maidstone to recruit for a Human resources specialist. They provide services to both corporate and SME businesses and are growing and expanding the services they are offering to their SME clients to include the new services of payroll and HR support alongside their existing service.
On this basis the client would like to onboard a HR Generalist with CIPD Level 7, or a candidate working towards CIPD Level 7 qualification. The role will be to provide HR Generalist support their HR clients and visit prospective clients to discuss the HR and Payroll services the company can offer. This is an exciting role where you will gain exposure to multiple clients, no two days will be the same.
You will advise on HR advice on matters to include grievances, tupes, redundancies, performance management, absence management and it will also be to add value to their client's recruitment processes by offering addition advice on job description drafting and salary benchmarking. Payroll knowledge is also a requirement of the role
Due to the nature of the advice you will be providing a minimum of two years HR generalist experience is required. A confident communicator and team player is essential.
