This is an exciting opportunity to join the experienced team at Imago, a leading charity providing support and opportunities to people across the South East. As a Team Leader you will manage a team of Hub Navigators providing a dual service to both carers and older people and adults with complex needs to improve their health and wellbeing. The Hub team process referrals, manage a dedicated phone line, and provide information, advice and guidance to clients, families and professionals.
The role requires effective leadership and the ability to develop a strong team culture. You will have responsibility for training and developing staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring targets and outcomes are met. You will use your professional knowledge to respond to enquiries and triage referrals, manage challenging situations and support the team to deal with more complex cases.
The ability to prioritise, adapt and lead the team through periods of change is key.
