Imago is a long established, well respected and effective charity working across Kent, Medway and East Sussex to deliver a range of services to individuals, voluntary and community organisations, the public and private sector.

Our mission is to promote, develop and facilitate social action, support independence and empower communities. User and volunteer engagement, leadership and involvement in decision making are core principles.

We deliver a wide range of services in partnership with funders, public sector commissioners and private sector sponsors to children and young people, older people, carers, and volunteers.

Underpinning our work is a commitment to excellence, evidencing impact and safeguarding vulnerable people.

Are you ready for the next step?

Are you organised, self-assured, and can direct and support others?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the experienced team at Imago, a leading charity providing support and opportunities to people across the South East. As a Team Leader you will manage a team of Hub Navigators providing a dual service to both carers and older people and adults with complex needs to improve their health and wellbeing. The Hub team process referrals, manage a dedicated phone line, and provide information, advice and guidance to clients, families and professionals.

The role requires effective leadership and the ability to develop a strong team culture. You will have responsibility for training and developing staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring targets and outcomes are met. You will use your professional knowledge to respond to enquiries and triage referrals, manage challenging situations and support the team to deal with more complex cases.

The ability to prioritise, adapt and lead the team through periods of change is key.

It’s time to make a difference
