Experienced Team Leader
Location: Chatham Kent.
Status: Full time PAYE.
Hours: 40 hour week worked 24/7.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
Avondale is an asset and vegetation management contractor whose clients include rail, highways and local authorities.
Due to new contracts we are looking for a team leader with at least 2 years’ supervising
experience to be responsible for client liaison, planning and delivery of a range of works to high quality and safety standards.
You must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
The following will be an advantage:
• CSCS
• Rail track Safety (PTS)
• NPTC chainsaw
Package:
• basic annual salary (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• overtime at 1.5
• 28 days holiday (inc. 8 public holidays)
• work place pension scheme
• non-contributory healthcare scheme
Note: This role is subject to a pre-employment medical and drugs & alcohol screening.
