Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, in conjunction with the Aspinall Foundation, is a charity-based organisation committed to protecting rare and endangered animals from extinction through captive breeding and reintroduction programmes. The parks are home of one of the world’s most prized wild animal collections and are one of the biggest visitor attractions in Kent.

At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve we require a Kitchen Porter for our unique Babydoll’s Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant which serve our visitors and overnight accommodation guests. This would be an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or students looking for work over the summer.

Duties include:
• General washing up of pots and pans
• General cleaning
• Sweeping and mopping at the end of every service
• Emptying the bins
• Maintenance of the floor during service (sweeping)
• Assisting in closing scrub down at the end of every service
• Maintenance of the steps and area to the rear of the kitchen

Ideally you will be calm under pressure and able to deliver a high standard of service.

With an immediate start, the work is flexible covering afternoons/evenings and will include weekends.
