Do you want a role that enables you to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people in Kent? Do you recognise the importance of emotional well-being and resilience in a child’s development?

Do you have the professional experience and skills to work with children and young people to achieve positive and sustained change? Do you have diverse skills that mean you can also meaningfully engage with families?

If your answer is “yes!” to these questions, then we hope you may be interested to hear that we are seeking to appoint Intensive Mentors as part of the HeadStart Kent Programme. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to use evidence based approaches and programmes of support to achieve maximum impact.

While your background may be in education, counselling, youth work or any other related area, we are particularly looking for highly motivated, dynamic and talented individuals, experienced at working creatively and innovatively to achieve change.

1 x full-time (negotiable): Gravesham (ASAP – July 2019)
