Following continued growth DCB are looking for additional Multi Trade Operatives to work in our busy reactive and planned maintenance department delivering term contacts to south east based public sector clients.
We have just secured extensions to our works in Dover & Canterbury in addition to existing contracts across the south east.
The role will include:
• To provide high quality and cost-effective repairs, maintenance and planned works schedule to term maintenance contracts.
• Carry out a full range of works with the emphasis on multi-skilled tasks within commercial/corporate properties.
• Must be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team, complete works in accordance to specific requirements or specifications and in compliance with relevant legislation, and industry standards.
• The successful operative will be a highly-motivated team player working on reactive maintenance and will be able to work on their own initiative.
You should have:
• The role would suit someone working in similar role already
• Your main trade is likely to be Carpentry or Roofing with ability to diversify and complete other works as necessary.
• Clean driving license.
Competitive Salary dependant on experience the role will be on a PAYE basis with associated Holiday and Pension Benefits.
