We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to complement our existing team at The Windmill Hollingbourne in Maidstone.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be answerable directly to the Restaurant Manager. You will be expected to not only support your Restaurant Manager on a to-day basis, but also be responsible for upholding the standards of the Front of House.

In the absence of the Restaurant Manager you will assume full responsibility for the Front of House. You will be expected to uphold the standards as set out by your manager.

Salary dependant on skills and experience up to £28,000.00

- Completing weekly training sessions with front of house staff
- Managing front of house staff

- Stock audits and ordering products
- Introduce new ideas to develop the pub
- Strong product knowledge
- Keen eye for detail and standards
- Above all a drive and passion to progress and succeed

This role is a full-time position with a potential immediate start date subject to interview and references. Ideally suited to an existing manager seeking to progress or a strong supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
