Team Leader

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Netbox Recruitment Ltd are currently engaged with an established and dynamic Global company, to recruit a Team Leader to effectively manage a Customer Service / Helpdesk Team of 6 individuals, to ensure that the team provides timely and accurate solutions, alongside a first-class customer service.

This position is an impressive opportunity for an individual who has previous managerial experience within either a Sales, Helpdesk or Customer Service environment.

They are looking for a strong and personable individual, who can successfully manage and motivate a team towards achieving targets and maximising activity.

Duties to include:

* Managing a team of 6 Customer Service / Helpdesk Team individuals, motivating and pushing the team to achieve their potential.

* Holding staff review meetings

* Liaising within the team and across other departments within the business

* Monitoring calls, carrying out quality control and adhering to SLA's

* Ensuring team members adhere to training provided

To be successful in your application you must:

* Have previous managerial experience within a Sales, Helpdesk or Customer Service environment

* Have a progressive manner, able to create and implement managerial strategies, structuring activity within the team

* Be a confident and effective communicator, able to interact across all levels

* Fully competent on Word, Outlook, Excel and in-house systems

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Salary based upon experience, negotiable in the region of £25,000 - £30,000. Interviews available immediately.
