Account Manager - existing clients
Gillingham Business Park
£19,000 plus override, commission and bonus
UNCAPPED COMMISSION - average OTE year one £26,000
Joining a worldwide organisation, with excellent long-term prospects for career development, the purpose of this office-based role is managing your existing client base with a view to increasing YOY profit and growth
The role of Account Manager will include:-
* Managing up to 250 existing client accounts, varying in value
* Keep in contact with your accounts, to advise of special offers and incentives, to increase revenue
* Update the CRM system accurately
* Process orders and enquiries within agreed timescales
* Working to agreed KPI's for call and talk times
In return, the Account Manager will receive:-
* Basic salary of £19,000 pa
* Override of £400 per month for the first 4 month, while you're learning the products and the role
* Uncapped commission, with average commission earnings on the team of £700 pm
To be considered for the role, you should have previous experience in an office-based Account Management role, responsible for increasing revenue and profit. With realistic targets for talk-time and dials, this role is about understanding your clients requirements and helping them save money, and would suit a consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills over the phone.
