Go produce are currently looking to recruit part time coordinators for our clients based in Canterbury and Linton ( Maidstone )
The role will require you to carry out the following duties:
* Booking the staff for work on both AM and PM shifts
* Completing the paperwork to support this function
* Data Entry of worker hours
* Uploading Hours on Spreadsheets and Database
* Registration & Induction of Workers
* Auditing Paperwork
This role would ideally be suited to a candidate looking to work in a more office based environment within a client facility
Romanian and English speaking would be an advantage
Must have excellent PC skills and be able to use Microsoft Office
Hours of Work
The role has variable hours 2 full time days and 2 part time days a week Ideally you will be available to work as follows
Thursday half day 1200 - 1600 hours - 4 hours
Friday and Saturday full day 0630 - 1600 hours - 8.5 hour per day
Sunday half day 0630 - 1100 - 4.5 hours
Total Hours 25.5 hours per week
