We are hiring a Social Media Recruiter
Are you a Social Media savvy recruiter looking to join an in house Talent Acquisition Team?
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager this is an end to end recruitment role managing your own vacancies whilst also assisting in Social Media recruitment efforts. This will include: day to day management and writing of social media posts and recruitment adverts on the most relevant Social Media platforms and groups; creating and procuring content; helping to create and implement Social Media plans; helping to develop and promote the Healthshare employer brand as well as developing and editing recruitment videos. Knowledge of Hootsuite or buffer would be in a distinct advantage.
The chosen candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship building skills to engage with candidates and liaise with line managers and other stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive, hard-working individual to go the extra mile in delivering the very best quality In-House Recruitment Service. This position is suited to a motivated, fun and friendly person with high energy who works well in a fast paced, process and deadline driven environment.
• Fixed term 6 month contract
• 20 hours per week
• Flexible work patterns
• Based in Kings Hill, Kent.
• Salary : £9 per hour
