Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency and respect for the environment.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated manager to join our multi-lingual Customer Engagement Hub (CE Hub) at our terminal in Folkestone. Responsible for the direct management, development and implementation of strategies in support of Team Leaders, to ensure the CE Hub offers the very best quality of service to our customers in every communication. Works closely with the Head of The CE Hub and the Commerical management team to meet revenue targets. Works collaboratively with other Eurotunnel department managers in the deployment of multi-skilled CE Hub staff to support the service delivery in operational areas of the business.
You will ideally be qualifed at degree level and have five years experience as part of a management team in a leading Contact Centre or similar environment, preferably in a sales context. Ideally, you will also have experience in, the management of performance and standards, resourcing and planning and the support of the implementation and development of new technology.
