Assistant Spa Manager - Maternity Cover

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy day spa on a full time maternity cover contract.
You will be assisting the Spa Manager in the day to day running’s of the spa and performing treatments to a high standard. Previous experience in a senior role is preferred, and you will need to have NVQ level 2 and 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
You will need the ability to think outside the box, use your own initiative and be good at dealing with unexpected situations. You should also have the skills to connect with fellow team members, be able to develop strong working relationships and deal with any necessary issues with staff or clients.
You will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work on your own and as part of a team. You will also need to have a proven track record of being able lead a team as you will be required to run the spa to a high standard in the absence of the Spa Manager.

This role will initially be a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. However, due to Company growth there is potential for a role to be made permanent at the end of the fixed term contract.
