We are looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated team player for the delivery of Food and Drink Manufacturing Apprenticeships through Hadlow College learners. To work closely and liaise with employers in relevant industries to encourage them to provide Apprenticeship, Training and work experience opportunities
Managing a case load of Apprentices, the post holder will provide training and assessment in preparing Apprentices for End Point Assessment.

The successful applicant must have experience in the Food and Drink Manufacturing Industry and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy is essential as is a Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant curriculum area. An A1/V1 qualification would be an advantage or at least the willingness to achieve relevant assessor and verifier awards. A DTLLS teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards is essential.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, corporate gym membership and free car parking, this post also attracts 35 days holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
